Enjoyable stay

Location and general environment of the property was great. The apartment needs to have some money spent on it, no improvements since the last time we stayed in it, for the double bed sinks in the middle and if you in it you finish with back pain. The single beds sheets are to small as they slide off during the night, the old fridge salad drawer broken and no bottle rack on door, shower screen leaks, toilet brush and sweeping brush have all seen better days. The extremely small chopping handle fell out every time you picked it up. There were no tea towels, the dining room chairs screws were continually falling out. A welcome bottle of water would have been a nice gesture.

Situacion a pue de playa,urbanizacion tranquila El piso es comodo y espacioso. El equipamiento de cocina se queda corto. Hace falta un escurreplatos, por ejemplo. Los cuchillos no cortan. El frigorifico metia bastante ruido, parecia estar en las ultimas. Sin embargo, hay una cafetera nespresso que no se anuncia y está muy bien. Por otra parte, la terraza no se puede aprovechar por el sol. Haria falta un toldo como tienen otros pisos de la residencia.

Расположение жилья оптимальное и квартира для нашей семьи идеально. С одим большим НО, спальные места. Есть маленькая кухня, вана, отдельный туалет, зал с двумя спальнами. Очень большой балкон где можно с утра и вечером хорошо провести трапизну. Может мы вернёмся. Местро нам очень понравилосью В квартире нужно срочно поменять матрасы и диван. все они уже просижены и недают не кого комфорта спать. Также желательно бы иметь посудомоищную машину так как это всётаки апартаменты и многие минимум завтракают в квартире. Желательно было бы пару вешелок при входе и шкаф в комнате родителей.

Le lieu est agréable et à l'écart de la foule. l'accès à la plage est direct et également de la restauration aux bar directement sur la plage. Les enfants peuvent jouer en toutes sécurité ainsi que dans la résidence. Vacances idéal pour une famille. Le point négatif le montant de la location n'est pas en adéquation avec la prestation notamment des équipements. maque de rangement / équipements de cuisines...

Preis Leistung war gerade noch ok.

Sauberkeit bei Übergabe war nicht sehr gut. Haare und ähnliches vom vorgänger vorhanden. Geschirr war schmutzig. Küchenutensilien waren alt und nur das allernötigste. Anlage alt aber gepflegt. Wifi war praktisch nicht vorhanden. Viel ständig aus und war auf dem Balkon gar nicht vorhanden...

Idéalement situé,logement et ensemble de qualité,grande propreté.

Le standing,la proximité avec la plage et les commerces. Literie de la chambre au grand lit pas en rapport avec la qualité et le standing de cet ensemble(grincement du lit incessant..) Dans la cuisine manque bouilloire électrique ainsi qu'une cafetière genre nespresso.

Équipements insuffisant

Appartement très peu équipé. Pas de ventilateur et la climatisation se trouve uniquement au salon. Très peu de rangements. Nous avons dû acheter 1 tapis de bain, des crochets pour linges et un bac pour la vaisselle.
