"Had an amazing 2 story room. Location was great! I have stayed in this area before but not in this hotel. My room although amazing was 2 hours late after check in time. The front desk staff is not very well trained in customer service and are very slow. All they say is we are trying to do the best we can and we are low on staff. Otherwise the property is very good and excellent location. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The shuttle to the village and the proximity to different activities were very convenient. We liked having the hot tub to relax in and we had fun playing pool in the common room. Overall, our room was very comfy and cozy. All the beds other than the sofa bed were comfortable. The kitchenette was very useful, but the fridge was too small."

"Cannot beat the location and the ski valet service was great. The room was nice with the fireplace and mostly updated interior, the bathroom lighting was not ideal for doing hair & makeup though. The hot tub jets didn't work according to others in the hot tub when we joined but was clean and relaxing (I would have appreciated knowing that robes for the hot tub are an additional $50 CAD deposit at check in and not already in the room). Perhaps the most disappointing were the breakfast offerings and that the breakfast staff was condescending as well."
