「The house was immaculate and the neighborhood was peaceful. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed dining on the back deck, using the firepit at night and cooking in the well supplied kitchen. My husband even got to explore the pond using one of the kayaks. Overall fantastic experience.」

「This house was perfect. It was clean, and well equipped. Beautiful location. We found so many nearby fall activities. And the foliage was peaking, everywhere was beautiful. The Intervale Pancake House next to Pats Peak has a great breakfast. Hikes in Fox Forest. I enjoyed sitting on the dock in the morning with my coffee and the evening with my wine. If you’re looking for a not too far fall getaway, this place is what you want! Thank you Tim!」

「The house owner was very communicative, and helped me check in early. It is a large, beautiful home with lots of bells and whistles. There is a great TV and kitchen on the main floor, with another of each in the lower level. Room for plenty of people, clean well equipped bathrooms and a nice yard with outside seating. I would definitely stay here again.」

「We used this house as a base for a for a week long Mother-Daughter-Granddaughter get together. 「The weekend that my girlfriend and I spent here was fantastic. Ana was very helpful and the cottage was beautiful and cozy. Hiking trails, food, bars, and stores all in 10 minutes or less driving range. Would easily stay here again, nothing negative to say at all!」

「We were the commercial- 4 friends needed a place to stay before a retreat in Hancock , NH. This spacious, immaculately clean 4 bedroom, 2 bath (actually 2apartments) was just what we needed! Comfortable couches and beds, beautiful appliances, and a before bed hot tub! It was perfect for our needs. Host was immediately available for a minor issue. Appreciated the great renovation of this old farmhouse and the labelling of all drawers and light switches.」
