EXCLUSIVE APARTMENT
There is only one gite-apartment at Sous les Arbres which has exclusive use of the facilities described. The apartment consists of self catering accommodation all on one level.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The main bedroom has a double bed and the bathroom is en-suite. The second bedroom has the choice of a double bed or two single beds and is adjacent to the second bathroom.
LIVING AREA
The living area is open plan with a well equipped kitchen and there are sitting and dining areas. The property has a high speed fibre connection and there is Internet access via WiFi in the apartment, pergola area and around the swimming pool area.
OUTSIDE & SWIMMING POOL
Outside the apartment in the courtyard, there is a pergola with a table and chairs for eating alfresco and a gas barbeque. There is access to the garden and outdoor swimming pool where there is another area with a table and chairs for eating.
NB: Please note that the pool has an alarm but is not enclosed.
PARKING
There is dedicated parking space in the courtyard for your vehicle(s).
NB: The closest charging point for electric vehicles is 3.5km from the property.
THE MAIN HOUSE & LARGE GARDEN
Your hosts live on site and your comfort and privacy is our main priority. Sous les Arbres is a lovely stone built country house with an exclusive gite-apartment for our guests. The house is nestled into the hillside, surrounded by trees and beautiful views. The sound of birds is wonderful and if you are lucky you may see deer and other animals in the garden. If you like walking and exploring, there are countryside walks straight from your door.
THE AREA
Cassagnal is a small hamlet in the commune of Montagudet at the end of a small lane, situated less than ten minutes from Lauzerte, a pretty bastide town that is very popular for it's night markets in the summer. For walkers, Lauzerte is on Le chemin de St Jacques de Compostelle route, and also on the Chemin de grande randonée de Pays GRP.
