This comfortable and child-friendly holiday complex is in an absolutely quiet location and only a few km from Montaione (3 km, shops and restaurants). The property consists of 15 tastefully furnished holiday apartments, distributed in three buildings (mostly on the ground floor and some on the first floor), and all are equipped with a terrace or private outdoor space. Thanks to its central location and especially in the triangle between Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Siena (approx. 50-60 km away), this holiday destination is also ideal for trips to the nearby Volterra (29 km) and San Gimignano (19 km), Certaldo (17 km) and other beautiful corners of our enchanting region. The cottage was built in 1861 and has been renovated over the years. The accommodations are situated in the middle of a beautiful pine grove, framed by cypresses, which give this area a unique atmosphere. During the day you can hear the birds singing, enjoy the presence of the pheasants and ducks that live in the adjacent lake. A large veranda with a wonderful view, equipped with a wood stove and a fireplace, invites you to spend pleasant and sociable hours. Immersed in nature, guests have two swimming pools, one for adults 18x9 and one for children 6x3 (open Apr-Oct)
