Between the countryside and the sea, within a beautiful park with a pool and plenty of greenery, an old railway station—still retaining its charm and the nearby passing trains (Rome-Pisa line)—has been transformed into a comfortable and peaceful site. The rustic villa comprises two independent apartments that can be rented separately: "La Quercia" on the first floor and "Il Patio" on the ground floor.

"La Quercia," measuring 80 sqm, includes a furnished terrace, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a large kitchen, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, and one bathroom. The apartment is surrounded by a large garden with various shady spots to enjoy the coolness of the trees. The pool is open from June 15th to September 15th and is shared with any guests staying in the second apartment, "Il Patio."

The villa is located 1 km from the sea and the well-known beach resorts Ultima Spiaggia and Dogana, and 2 km from the center of Pescia Romana.
