“Excellent facility with everything you need for a pleasant carefree stay. This place had more room than we needed and it was very comfortable. Lots of interesting decorations and a beautiful garden. Gardiner itself could use some better eatery solutions. The vegetarian in our group had little to no options and there was always a long wait to eat at supper time. Food shopping was limited too. Bring you own groceries and use the generously equipped kitchen at the cabin. ”

“What a great place to stay! Definitely coming back here again! The accommodations were clean, well equipped, and tastefully decorated. That is not the best part! The location is fantastic. “Amazing house! Equipped with all of our needs. Plenty of wood for the fireplace, hot tub was amazing after skiiing and wonderfully private staring into the snowy woods. Ski in was super easy & fun! Landing you right at the driveway. Walking to the otter lift only took about 10 min, and was also very easy in the conditions we had. Would come stay again in this winter wonderland! We had kiddos so we would drive the kids to the base, then park our car in the driveway and walk to the otter lift. So……

"Everyone, beware! This hotel is a scam. I booked a room for three of us through Expedia. When we arrived at around 9:00 pM, the front desk clerk rudely told me they only had rooms for two and I needed to book another room. I had already paid on the website. My phone had no signal, and when I tried to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi, it wasn't working, so I couldn't prove I'd paid. I paid about $134, but the hotel only said I paid about $73 and needed to book another room. They asked for more money. After about five minutes of talking, they angrily said they were closed and kicked me out. I later contacted Expedia and emailed the hotel, but they didn't respond. They also didn't answer my phone calls. The last time they answered, they said I was already checked in. This was my first time encountering a scam hotel in the US. Be careful when booking with this hotel, and check other people's reviews online.MOTEL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY！！！！"
