「Overall the staff was very friendly other than the lady at check-in was a bit laid back and maybe she shouldn't be scrolling her phone and not paying attention when you walk in. She had what I assume was a friend who was even more busily involved in scrolling. Not sure she was part of the staff but it doesn't present the best appearance. The carpeting really needs to be replaced and the drains in the rooms need to be better maintained. For the price I paid it's still a good value.」

「Perfect accommodations for our trip to glacier national park! The cabin was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Location was close to the west entrance. We would recommend highly」

「The beds were mushy, the pillows flat, and the towels thin. There were long hairs in the tub…from the previous occupant! Was told, by the front desk, that they would take care of it, they did not. We checked out early.」

「We lived in roundup hotel. It's comparatively old. The reception provides coffee and hot water as beverage. But the hot water was full of smell of coffee. We tried to have coffee the other morning 7am, but the reception stayed closed.」
