Ideal for a couple or family stay, warm and cozy apartment.
In the historic center of Montauban close to the Ingres Museum, the Place Nationale and the Cathedral. You are at the heart of the shopping streets with its restaurants, shops, bars ... Forget the car and enjoy the heart of vibrant and welcoming city!
For a moment of relaxation the aquatic complex INGRÉO (third largest in France) is 15 minutes walk.
Food lovers will enjoy the local farmers' market every Saturday morning.
A fully furnished and new T1 on the 3rd floor of a small building quiet.
It includes a beautiful living area with a sofa bed (2 people), an HDTV.
A kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob and a microwave, a SENSEO coffee maker.
Essential equipment supplied: tea towels, paper towels, toilet paper, seasonings, teas, coffee pods ...
Parquet floor, double glazing, housing very well insulated.
Bathroom with hydro massage shower, heated towel rail and toilet.
Large mezzanine with a bed 160.

Emplacement idéal pour un séjour de courte durée
En centre ville, proche de tous les restaurants et lieux de divertissement. Mais trois étages à monter et à descendre à chaque sortie …. peut gêner les plus âgés.Seul petit bémol, lorsque le voisinage fait beaucoup de bruit, mais c’est sans lien avec la location.

Appartement très soigné mais...
L'appartement est très beau, la déco très chouette, l'emplacement top, mais un petit détail : la liaison internet était hors service pour tout le week-end, et la propriétaire ne nous l'a pas dit alors qu'elle était au courant. Il a fallu que nous le découvrions après de longs moments à essayer de nous connecter.
Dernier point : cela fait maintenant 13 jours que nous sommes partis de Montauban, et toujours pas de remboursement de la caution !

On ne nous dit pas tout
Le gite est vraiment bien, mais l'annonce ne précisait pas les 4 étages or j'ai un genou en mauvais état. En plus la box ne marchait pas et quand nous l'avons signalé à la propriétaire, elle nous a remerciés de l'info... des excuses auraient sans doute été plus adaptées. Ce service faisait partie de l'offre.
