About this property

Quiet, recent villa with 8x4 pool, 5 mns from lake and shops.

  • In a Provencal village, we welcome you to our recent villa with 4 bedrooms (4 double beds), an individual 8x4 swimming pool, on a plot of more than 1200 m2 with swing/trampoline area.

    On the programme 5 minutes away by car: pedal boat/canoeing/rowing/paddle/mountain biking/hiking at the Lake of St Cassien, hiking and swimming in the Gorges de la Siagne, gliding at the International Gliding Centre, Golf & Spa of Terre Blanche, Provençal villages of Fayence, Callian... You also have 30 minutes from the property Cannes and its Croisette, St-Raphaël and its creeks, Grasse and its perfume museums.

    A 1-hour drive away, Nice and its flower market, St Tropez and its old port or Monaco and its palace.
    There are many shops and restaurants nearby.

    Please note:

    - We have a 2-year-old cat who will be there during the rental. He spends most of his time outside (he sleeps outside every night), but we would be grateful if you could fill his bowl and why not, give him a little hug (he is very nice, no worries about aggressiveness, he is a purr box ;-)

    - Arrival is from 4pm and departure is at 10am, we do not accept pets...

    - The cleaning fee is set at 150€, the maintenance of the pool will be done by a professional on Saturdays.

    - Bed linen and towels are provided (but you must bring your own pool towels...).

    - Two televisions in the house (one in the living room and one in the master bedroom) with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Canal + on each of them.

    - Many books (novels and children's books) and DVDs (threads and cartoons) available to enjoy your holidays...

    - Rental is from Saturday to Saturday only (possibility of extending by a few days from July 26 to 29, contact me if you are interested).

    - This is our home, we put all our heart into it and will do everything to make you feel good there and have a good holiday. Thank you for respecting it as if it were your own... and thinking of the neighbors ;-)

Très bon séjour chez Julien et Celia qui ont toujours su se rendre disponibles lorsque cela était nécessaire. Villa par ailleurs très agréable, située dans un coin calme et sans vis-à-vis. Un vrai plaisir.

Schönes Haus, in dem es an nichts fehlt. Tolle ruhige Lage mit wunderbarem Blick über das Tal, trotzdem nah bei allen Geschäften. Kater Pepito ist der verschmuste Wächter des Anwesens, die freundliche Vermieterin Célia steht für alle Fragen rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung.
