Gîte of 200m² on two levels. On the ground floor, you enter the spacious and bright living room with a charming relaxation lounge with its fireplace, a leisure area: billiards, board games, music, ... The adjoining kitchen is ultra-equipped to prepare good meals with friends and family. On this level, a shower room / laundry room and a separate toilet are fitted out. Upstairs, there are four beautiful bedrooms decorated with taste and great comfort: 1 bed 160x200 / 1 bed 90x200 & 1 bed 160x200 / 2 beds 90x200 / 1 bed 160x200. On this level, there are two shower rooms and a separate toilet. To make your stay even more pleasant: charges and heating are included, and the beds are made upon your arrival. Possibility of parking several cars on the property. In a peaceful neighborhood, adjoining the historic center and the commercial village of Montbrison, you enter the charming property of Colette & Christian. It is divided between their main house and their independent gîte, which has its own private garden (currently being finished). In the center of the Loire Valley (42), between Saint-Etienne and Roanne: it's a prime location for an ultra-comfortable pied-à-terre and a relaxing stay close to all amenities. This gîte offers you a vacation full of leisure activities! For your well-being, Ma Glycine features a private pool house with a spa, sports equipment, a bar, a dart board, and more, and a real wooden sauna is installed in the garden.
