「We had an amazing stay at Le Sarment. The apartment is exactly how it is shown in the pics. It is comfy and very quiet and safe. We found paid parking right in front which was very convenient. There are lots of shops and restaurants near by and even a hair salon for a quick wash and blow dry. Communication with Audrey was easy and she was always available. 「Sehr schönes geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Apartment in ruhiger Lage. Die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel. Die Wegbeschreibung und der Check-In waren vom Vermieter perfekt vorbereitet. Vielen Dank dafür Frédéric! Es gibt ein Gite Book in dem nicht nur alles um die Ferienwohnung herum ausführlich erklärt wird, sondern auch sehr gute Vorschläge fürs Einkaufen, Essen gehen und Ausflüge (Weinproben natürlich nicht zu vergessen) beschrieben sind. Wanderkarten und Bücher über die Region gibt es auch....

「Great location. Booked for 3 adults and 1 kid, room Chambertin is underground, stairs to go down are not really adapted for kids, old or overweighted people, slight humidity, no wifi signal. Considering the price is fair but only good for one night but wouldn’t stay again, moving around is impossible when the sofa is open. It’s clean and staff is nice. 」

Such wonderful hotel
"The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. She then even counter suggested to refund me of my prepaid hotel charges and go find other hotels in Beaune, but I knew it was very little vacancy during long weekend holidays in France. I had no option but keep staying in. Hotel also does not provide kettle and tissue paper."
