2 Bedroom x 2 Bathroom in Malvern, PA
The property was fine except that the room lock was malfunctioning and they couldn’t thoroughly fix or explain how to use it for 2 days. This was very frustrating. The young woman working at the front desk was doing everything she could to help us but she needed better support.

The neighborhood was creepy. Mail was on the doorstep unopened, the owner never communicated the code to get in. I sent a text/email and never got a response. The neighbors were doing drugs. … some sort of sniffing, smoking?!? We felt totally unsafe and went to an Embassy Suites. I would expect a ...

Great communication! Our host was accommodating. Very clean, well stocked. We came for a lacrosse tournament and will be looking to return next year!
