5/5 - Excellent
It’s a lovely base and there is plenty locally if you need a break for the huddle and bustle of NY. There is a train line that easily takes you into NY, maybe an hour to get there on the train

If you're spending some time in Upper Montclair, Alexander Kasser Theater and Presby Memorial Iris Gardens are top sights worth seeing.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was great only didn't like that the refrigerator was on the floor and the water pressure in the shower was weak. The restaurant needs more options and the one drink minimum should be at least a two drink minimum.
