Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange. Once we arrived, we realized that our room was facing the ferry dropped off. Eventually, we asked to move rooms and the front desk was exceptional at quickly transitioning us to the splendid hotel as there was a room available.
