The two floor accommodation has all the amenities for a great stay, including a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the main street through central Orvieto (quiet street, no traffic allowed). Location is fabulous with easy access to all of Orvieto’s famous attractions. Would definitely stay there again!”

“L’agriturismo Cuore Verde è un vero e proprio gioiello. Tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli: giardino, piscina, arredi. L’appartamento Ginepro poi, essendo al piano terra, l’abbiamo trovato comodissimo e molto più grande delle aspettative. La proprietaria è una signora molto gentile, presente e attenta. Graditissimi l’olio di loro produzione e le lenticchie trovati in appartamento come omaggio. Sono stati cinque giorni perfetti. Grazie di tutto!”

“Wir können allen bisher geschriebenen Bewertungen nur zustimmen. Wir (2 Ehepaare/2 Wochen/ Ü 50)) kamen selten so entspannt aus dem Urlaub zurück. Wer fernab vom Trubel zur Ruhe kommen möchte ist hier goldrichtig. Das Anwesen ist einfach traumhaft schön, sowohl die Gebäude wie auch der Park mit dem tollen langen Pool. Einrichtungstechnisch fehlte es an nichts und im Nachbardorf bekommt man alles was man so braucht. Herr Kuckuck, der deutsche Vermieter, ist sehr angenehm und hilfsbereit und gibt……

“Even though this house was out of the way it was comfortable, spacious and provided us with a serene space after each day of sight seeing and travel in both Umbria and Tuscany. It was just what we were looking for to accomodate our family group and we enjoyed many good times. The siting of the apartment was a plus as we were able to witness beautiful sunrises and sunsets from our eyrie.”

“This was the last of three properties we stayed at in Umbria. It was everyone's favorite. We stayed there for four nights at the end of April and easily could have stayed there for a month. The town of Todi is easily accessible. Adele and family are so hospitable and are a model of how a VRBO host should be. You can probably read in the other reviews how great the property is which is all true. I will say that the driveway is a bit hairy going down the first time, but after a couple times it's……

“As they say in real estate, the 3 most important factors are: location, location, location. This apartment is in the center of historic Perugia. Quiet neighborhood. We were attending the University for Strangers to learn Italian and had a short 7-8 minute walk to school. Near restaurants, pizzerias, shopping and 3 minutes to the main piazza and cathedral. Charming, cozy apartment is best for 2 people, more would be crowded. Host is very responsive and accommodating although not nearby. We walked……

“If you want a quiet, low key rental villa in Umbria centrally located to Assisi, Spello, Montefalco and Spoleto, this is perfect. Would be nice if there was breakfast on site or Nespresso and pastries at least. But overall, good value and would recommend. The pool is beautiful and walking through the olive groves was great.”

“Luisa and Rubens were fantastic hosts, meeting us at the train on arrival and checking us in to their apartment. Communication was fantastic, they went out of their way to be helpful at all times, it was like staying with friends. The apartment is in a great location in the historic centre, accessible to public transport and walkable within the old city. There are supermarkets, cafes and lovely restaurants very close by. Perugia is a very lovely city. We stayed for eight weeks and loved it.”
