「The house is beautiful and comfortable. Near Guayama and Patillas so it was a perfect location for us. The street is kind of a busy road and a noisy car every now n then but not too bad.The hosts are very attentive and responded quickly to my texts. There was a parking situation that was not the hosts fault and they called right away to offer help which I greatly appreciated. One of the AC remotes wasn’t working but we switched the battery and used the other remote to control both ACs. 「Great stay here, we slept and relaxed. It’s onto of a mountain to be prepared for a shocking drive. Beautiful surroundings once you’re there. Can get a bit noisy from the street. Called the number in the booking for help with Ju booking, the lady was extremely accommodating and it was a great process. Thank you!」

「Need a little tender clean, need schedule a exterminator. Ceiling on top of stove is dropping termite grounds (is not coffee). Communication was ok. Need to put a sign on front of the bathroom "watch you step" (to prevent fall) for safety. AC work fantastic. Walking distance to Plaza, stores, rest, mini market, Pharmacy, and coffee & Pubs. Host was friendly and professional. Driving distance to beachs, hospital and historic places. Don't know where trash is collected so I left at behind the...

The view was phenomenal. The big surprise was the waterfall in the pool at night. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Property needs maintenance. There is a laundry mat across the street which was an absolute life savor. We decided to wash the sheets and quilt, looked like it was used and not changed from last guest. There is a lobby that is general use for the occupants but not inside the room as listed. It’s a one stop deal and it did its purpose overall. Bring your own everything as the toiletries are very limited. Last but not least it’s right next to a funeral home. Enjoy!」

「Casita Azul was simply perfect. The property is only a couple minutes from the center plaza of el pueblo de Barranquitas, as well as one street away from the main parking area of el pueblito, we found the location to be perfect! It's extremely clean, well taken care of, & really equipped for any sort of situation. The view in the morning is stunning, it's a sort of peace & tranquility you don't get in a lot of places at all.
I want to be very specific when I mention how incredible our host was!...

「We had a AMAZING time at Caguas Santa Juana 1. The host not only were ultra welcoming, they were very professional, and super quick to respond. I have to say, Modesta by far has been the best host I have ever had in my life. Always eager to help and make our stay our home away from home. Location was central for everything we wanted to do. Easy to get in and easy to get out. Plenty to do nearby and if you wanted to do things farther, it was easy thanks to the access to highway. Amenities were...
