「It was very inconvenient to get to the hotel because cars couldn’t get there being very narrow with the road. Reception was excellent, the room was very spacious. The shower was weak. The worst was the breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The hard boiled eggs were cold, taken out of the freezer and 2-3 days old where the yolks were very dark green. Yuck. All the pastries and pound cakes were not fresh and hard. Nothing is fresh and they charge you for the juices. Bad experience....

「I love to stay in this house. It is located at the hill top surrounded by trees and rural areas. I like they have a restaurant so i took half board at the house. I enjoyed the tranquil environment and the food. I must come back again. Thank you all the staff. 」

「This is a lovely hotel (former palace) perched on the top of the hill as you enter the charming town of Trevi. The hotel is clean, very well organised and has all amenities that you need. The room itself was a good size with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful and with a very good variety. The owner was a lovely lady who spoke very good English. From here it is a great base to visit the surrounding towns such as Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Orvieto etc. We would definitely stay here again....

「La camera era accogliente ma non così come sembrava nelle foto. Dagli scarichi del bagno salivano odori sgradevoli. La SPA troppo affollata. Abbiamo rinunciato il secondo giorno all'ingresso. Forse non si aspettavano tutte quelle persone, ma atteso che avevano già le prenotazioni potevano mettere qualche cameriere in più nel ristorante e nella sala colazione.」

「We had to make a last minute change to this property from one we had in San Gimignano, and we are delighted that it worked out that way. The property is super relaxing and the staff made our stay memorable. The owner/on-site chef made a fabulous 3 course meal for dinner, plus dessert, and breakfast was simply perfect If you do not have a car and anticipate hiring a taxi, I advise that you set up the taxi in advance and the owners will be happy to provide a number for you.
