Passerina House: The Unknown Side of Umbria. Old stone farmhouse with a view
The property, exclusively at your disposal, spans 12 hectares of hilly, predominantly forested land at 600 meters above sea level.
The Space: From the beautiful private mosaic pool with a whirlpool (open from May through September), you’ll feel as though you’re looking out over the valley below. You can relax on the lawn in front of the house, sheltered by the shade of a large elm tree and enveloped by the scent of lavender. A fenced-in soccer field, a bocce court, a badminton court, a ping-pong table, and a billiards room will add to the enjoyment of your vacation.
Guest Access: The entire farmhouse and the entire property (12 ha) will be at guests’ disposal, allowing them to enjoy their stay in complete peace and freedom, shielded from prying eyes and annoying noises. Active guests will have the opportunity to go jogging along a dirt path approximately 1 km long, all within the property. Access to the farmhouse is via a well-maintained private dirt road located about 500 m from the provincial road.
Other things to keep in mind: Casa Passerina (a name derived from a 13th-century document preserved in Orvieto) is recommended for those who appreciate the tranquility and beauty of the Umbrian and Tuscan landscapes. Your senses will awaken after just a few days: you’ll smell long-forgotten scents, hear the songs of birds both day and night, and the surrounding greenery will take on a thousand shades. In the surrounding area, you’ll find art, cuisine, festivals, and fairs.
