Great place to stay

It is a great place to stay. Super clean. Everything is arranged very well. Nice neighbourhood. Train to Venice is super easy. Laura is a great host and really want you to have a great stay. Highly reccomended

Awesome stay

Our week long stay at Laura and Massimo's property was great. They are friendly and helpful hosts always available if you have questions. The property in a very quiet location; it was spotlessly clean, furniture and beds all very comfortable, TV and internet (since I did some telework) five stars (*****). 2 full bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub. The kitchen outstanding as well with all you need for breakfast and cooking other meals as needed. The welcome basket was full of goodies and first day necessities - nice touch! Supermarket is a 5 min walk away, train station also in walking distance 12-15 minutes. Car parking - no problem, multiple options We will be back soon! Laura - Grazie x tutto ed a presto!

Casa la Rosa

We stayed for a week at Casa La Rosa and I must say that this was one of the best apartments we've rented in Italy sofar. It is big enough for a family of 4/5 or two couples. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living and is very nicely styled. The apartment is on the ground floor of a large villa has a nice garden and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Check in and reception by our host Laura (who lives with her family on the first floor) went smooth and she provided us with some good tips on locations restaurants etc. The neighbourhood is very quiet and supermarket, pizzeria and train station are all well within walking distance. We took the train to Padova and Venezia and visited other locations by car. I would strongly recommend this appartment if you're looking for a quiet base to visit the Veneto region.

Ruhiger Aufenthalt in Montegrotto

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt !!! Man sollte vor der Reise sich über die Möglichen Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung informieren. Wir sind mit dem Fahrrad nach Padova gefahren, auch bei 38°C möglich. Mit dem Zug sind viele Städtiche Ziele super erreichbar. (schnell, günstig, ohne Parkplatz suche)

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung - zentrale Lage für Städtetouren

Die Wohnung liegt im EG und ist sehr gepflegt. Bei Ankunft standen Kaffeekapseln, Kekse, Müsli, Cornflakes, Marmelade, Prosecco und einiges Mehr bereit. Die Kommunikation mit Laura und Massimo verlief problemlos und zuvorkommend. Von der Wohnung aus sind es 5 Minuten zum nahen Supermarkt, einer Wasserzapfstelle mit gekühlten Quellwasser (Sprudel, ohne Sprudel, 0,08 € je Liter, in di Ortsmitte 7 Minuten, zum Bahnhof 10 -15 Minuten. Fahrt nach Venedig mit 5,35 € sehr preiswert (Parken kostet dort wohl locker 40 €, + Mautgebühren). Im Ort gibt es zahlreiche nette Bars und Restaurants. Also insgesamt zu empfehlen

Schöne Wohnung

Große und saubere Wohnung. Einzig die Stechmücken waren lästig. Gott sei Dank waren die Fenster mit Insektenschutznetzen ausgestattet sowie Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Netter Empfang mit vielerlei Leckereien (Apfelringe, Kekse, Prosecco, kalt gestelltes Wasser, Zwieback, Müsli, Marmelade).

Une location parfaite!

L hébergement est totalement conforme aux photos. Laura est extrêmement gentille, très accueillante et à l écoute de toutes nos questions. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le logement est bien équipé, très calme . La localisation est idéale pour visiter le Veneto. Nous espérons revenir très prochainement pour continuer la découverte de cette région. Die Fewo, in einem neuen Einfamilienhaus, ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und von einem gepflegten Garten umgeben. Sie war für uns ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten nach Padua, Chioggia, Venedig und die Euganeischen Hügel. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. All was perfect!

We have chosen this location as a base to explore Venice and other cities around. It took us 45 min by train to Venice and a short ride to Padua, what is a really nice and not too much touristic town. We even spend a day at the coast, what is an hour away by car. You can alternatively go to the multiple thermal spas in Montegrotto and Abano, but the kids wanted to go to the beach. The apartment itself was really a perfect fit for all of us. Everything was very clean, it has two sleeping rooms, a comfortable living room, a winter garden, two bathrooms and kitchen fully staffed with all what you need (even coffee), plus there was was huge welcome basket - we could not use/eat all out of it. Communication was great, Laura was a very friendly and openminded host, always fast to respond, and her English was on a perfect level. We can highly recommend the apartment and the location.

alles perfekt, sehr gute Unterkunft und Gastgeber

tolle Umgebung, es konnte alles zu Fuß erreicht werden. In der Unterkunft fehlt es an nichts, sogar ein Frühstück wurde serviert und wir durften eher in die Unterkunft. Dazu gab es Tipps von den Vermietern. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr sauber und top eingerichtet. Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt.

Beautiful apartment

It's a beautiful apartment with a lot of space and very clean. Nearby are several restaurants a supermarket and a train station. The train station is very handy for travels to cities like Venice and Verona. Overall I would recommend this apartment for traveling the region between Venive, Verona and Bolonga!

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr modern ausgestattet. In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es genug Mobiliar um sich auszuruhen oder gemeinsam am Tisch zu sitzen. Die Schlafbetten sind sehr bequem, eine Klimaanlage in einem Schlafzimmer ist im Sommer sehr hilfreich. Die Vermieter wohnen in der Wohnung darüber, sie waren gerade im Urlaub aber trotzdem verlief alles völlig unproblematisch. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Montegrotto ist ein kleines Städtchen, sehr ruhig, ein Supermarkt ist in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Padua ist aber in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Venedig kann man auch gut mit dem Zug erreichen, der Bahnhof ist ganz in der Nähe.

A beautiful comfortable ground floor apartment. All needs are met for a great stay.

Laura was so welcoming and left us with some immediate supplies of food/ prosecco! A large well stocked supermarket 5 mins walk across the park. Well positioned for travel to all major points in the Veneto area. Highly recommended for 4 adults. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend for those with a car or using trains.

Prima di tutto, la signora Laura é sempre stata veloce e puntuale nel rispondere alle nostre richieste, disponibile alle ns esigenze e gentilissima! La casa poi veramente bella, nuova, attrezzata, accogliente e moderna ma con un tocco romantico nell'arredamento: Ti fa stare bene passarci del tempo!!! Vicino al centro e a piedi puoi andare ovunque e con parcheggi vicino. Un luogo che puoi chiamare casa anche lontano dalla propria! Lucia e amici
