"The rooms were clean. The staff were above and beyond the expectations. Nisse was amazingly nice and friendly. Also, we really enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub. The hot tub was warm enough to give you a relaxing evening. A small suggestion that would not affect their ratings and my review this time! We booked a room for two adults and three kids. However, we didn’t get a sofa bed or a baby bed. I would suggest that this would be great if this property considers in the future. "

"They put you in a motel that is so badly taken care of. For example, our floors were FILTHY, there was DRIED pee on the toilet seat (on the lid, not the bowl itself), the AC was blowing some type of material that looked like cigarette ash on the bottom bunk bed - wiping it was like you were swiping off cigarette ash. Not sure what it was but I'm willing to bet it's from horrible maintenance. Other than that, all staff we interacted with were extremely helpful and nice and deserve a raise. Both the water park and theme parks were amazing."

"My carpet was not at all clean and I stayed in a room with a jacuzzi tub. I put in a cleaner and filled the tub and ran it for ten minutes and the grease and dirt that came out was disgusting. It left a ring that I then scrubbed after I emptied it. The screen on my hairdryer was looked like it had been taken off and put back on and it made a grinding noise as if the fan was rubbing against it so I decided not to use it. The breakfast was good but I was a little disappointed to have the same biscuits and gravy every morning. ( I stayed for three nights) I also had to put all of my food in the refrigerator because there were little red ants on the table where I had placed it. The gal at the desk told me that a can of soda was $2.00 but it ended up being $4.00. She said he filled it last night and the price must have gone up! The pool was great.....very warm."

"This is not an 8.2 rated hotel. The 1st room had a leaking toilet and smelled of urine. The second room smelled of stinking dog. The breakfast was a joke burnt, dry sausage and fake eggs. Not secure in anyway! The back/side door was broken and did not lock. I think this is half way house for the local prison. The girl was very friendly when changing our room but I would not recommend or stay here again."
