Great views and location for a visit to the wine country. The owner Rosado treats everyone like family and makes the visit most enjoyable. Meraviglioso! very helpful. Owner made reservation at restaurants, helped us with a flat tire, and was always available to answer questions.

orre Del Cielo is a beautiful and very well equipped villa to stay. It has everything you would need for a very nice and relaxing holiday. It is also very child friendly. Supermarkets and restaurants are in easy reach and a very short drive. Rosado the owner is extremely friendly and very helpful. Thank you. I would recommend this as an excellent and clean retreat for anyone to stay. Thank you again.

The villa was perfect for our family of 7. Each had a nice bedroom with bath. The views were incredible and we were able to take lots of side trips to Siena, Florence, Cortona, the wine country and other surrounding hill towns. After a long day of sightseeing, we took a day or two off and just enjoyed the pool and hot tub and went into Monterchi for our morning caffe and pastry. A highlight was getting to know our lovely host, Rosado! He checked on the property each day, cleaned the pool, watered plants and gave us great suggestions for places to visit, restaurants to try, where to park in various towns and got to know us as friends. We looked forward to his visits and chats about the villa and its history. Sleeping in a Medici lookout tower was so special! We will be back!

Good location

A few négative points.... 1. The swimmingpool was on a high level, many steps to climb. Awkard for anybody having mobility problem 2. The equipment of the villa is a bit outdated and would deserve a refreshment (sofa covers, bed covers...) 3. Only 1 TV channel which. The weather was wet at our arrival, it was cold and we would have appreciated to watch TV Other than that the owner has just been very pleasant and helpful. Good recommendations for visits and restaurants The villa and the garden are beautiful and very quiet. Peaceful with great view.

Our group of 4 had a lovely week at the villa. As mentioned by others, Rosado is a wonderful and very helpful host. Beside useful ideas of local things to do, he helped us get a tyre fixed and one morning brought us a platter of beautiful pastries. The location is great for exploring the beautiful nearby towns and villages, we did this each morning enabling us to be back to enjoy the lovely pool in the afternoon. We would highly recommend Torre del Cielo!

The house is in a very quiet area. Thanks to the good shading you do not have the feeling that it is very hot. For 10 people this house is ideal. The owner is very friendly and gives interesting information about the possibilities in the area.

Der Aufenthalt in dem Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Der Eigentümer hat uns nett empfangen und hatte immer gute Ausflugstipps. Er organisierte ein typisches italienisches Willkommensbuffet und war jederzeit bei Fragen ansprechbar. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, die Einrichtung passte gut zum Ambiente. Das Haus hatte eine traumhafte ruhige Lage mit einem Blick vom Pool über die Berge. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Rosado was a fantastic host and did all he could to make our stay memorable. The villa was lovely..the bedrooms were large with excellent ensuites. The fifth bedroom in the tower is up a steep flight of stairs with the bathroom on the ground floor..so perhaps not suitable for older/younger guests. The pool was great in beautiful gardens. Table tennis room also fun addition. Would definitely recommend Torre del Cielo.
