Set just on the border between the two regions 2.5 km from the cozy hamlet of Monterchi the property was originally built by Ferdinando dei Medici set in a wonderful country side location the perfect spot for a real relaxing holiday and at the same time being a good starting point for day trips for visiting Tuscany and Umbria.
The wonderful private garden of about 2 hectares of olive trees, peach and plum trees of course guests can enjoy them! It also features a private pool (6x12 mt. 1.50 mt depth), equipped with sun beds and umbrella, there is a possibility to have an external Jacuzzi bath upon request.
A covered gazebo next to the building there is an iron table with chairs and barbecue where to enjoy la fresco meals.
For the guest’s activities the villa is equipped with ping pong table, and football field 5 against 5.
There is a covered parking area as well.

Villa Panorama is about 250 square meters and it was recently completely restored whilst owner kept the original external walls in order to maintain the real Tuscan characteristics, he used some finest furniture inside to provide its guests a real relaxing and unforgettable vacation.
The ground floor features a large and very well-equipped kitchen, with fridge, microwave oven, stove and burners, American coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher. Dining room with large table and chairs, living area with sofas, TV Sat. fireplace and a reading room with Stereo CD.
First floor: there are two double bedrooms one can become two singles, each with its own bathroom with shower. Two additional bedrooms each with two singles that can become double, each with private bathroom with shower.
The Tower: a separate annex with its own entrance with a small sitting area and bathroom with shower on the ground floor and a large double bedroom on the first floor which offers a spectacular view of the valley.

Arezzo 29 km (18 mi), Cortona 48 km (30 mi), Gubbio 67 km, Perugia 70 km and Montepulciano 77 km. The highway is only 27 km from the villa, bus in Monterchi 2,5 kms and train station at (Arezzo 23 km), airprot: Perugia 55 kms, Firenze 120 kms

Minimum stay 1 week; changeover day: Saturday.
Check-in: from 05.00 pm to 07.00 pm. Checkout: before 10.00 am.
Swimming pool: opening 11 April and closing 17 October

Security deposit (Refundable):
Security deposit: € 500.00 to be paid in cash upon arrival. It will be returned upon departure less any damage or unpaid fees.
