The apartment is in a new recycled house from 1932. It has a comfortable and new bathroom, maintaining the warmth of the wood of its floor and the traditional exposed brick walls. It is located 150 meters from the port and bus terminal and four blocks from the historic center. The tourist office is only 100 meters away and there are many restaurants in the surrounding area.

The apartment is in front of the building with a separate entrance. It is composed of two heights, a mezzanine with a queen bed and in the living room there is a single bed with an extra bed underneath in addition to a breakfast corner. Its location is unbeatable 150 meters from the port and bus station, four blocks from the historic district is a perfect space for a romantic, group or family solution.

The matrimonial room is accessed by a spiral staircase. It has a breakfast corner with small table, two chairs, microwave, refrigerator, electric water heater and basic dishes. It does not have a sink for washing. Guests are provided with coffee, tea, powdered milk, fruit and pudding for breakfast.
