"The location is great. But the unit was in poor repair. The carpet was torn and coming up off the floor. The refrigerator was broken and hot on the inside. They did bring a new refrigerator the next day but the ice maker still didn't work. But the huge issue was there was a problem with water in the entire building. "While the rooms are dated, the stay was amazing. We had a large 1 room condo with great view of the mountains. The facility was great and we made good use of the pool and game area. Great location with wonderful food options and shopping minutes away."

"The staff at the front desk was a step in so she was unfamiliar with the hotel and did not offer us much help with anything our first night. The next night, a guy staff member came knocking on our door and he asked my husband what he did for work, and if he worked at the hotel, and other weird personal questions and then said he had the wrong room. Besides the staff, the shades in our room were completely broke with the cord to them frayed and hanging down since they were electric, so it remained dark the whole time in our room. The shower water never got warm even after running it for 10 minutes, it was always freezing cold no matter what time of day we tried to use it. The last thing was the cleanliness, we could visibly see dirt all over the ground when we first arrived and many things were not wiped down. We did enjoy how close the hotel was to lots of dining places and grocery stores, but we will not be staying here ever again."

"We were unable to make it to this destination because of a late spring snowstorm in the mountains. We reached out to the hotel to let them know snd to cancel our reservation. They said we had to call back the next day when a manager was on duty. Called back the next day and the manager was at lunch. Then we got charged for a stay that we never actually checked in for."
