“Traveled all the way from the US to spend New Years with my wife’s family/relatives. Some of which I was meeting for the first time. I Received confirmation number from VRBO to stay at this property. After leaving San Jose, I had no WiFi while traveling to Montezuma. Upon arrival my wife & I were told that we had no room but the other family members were fine. First the Host blamed me for not answering her phone messages! After discovering I had no service, she then blamed VRBO’s for double……
