「Nos ha cancelado el propietario el mismo día de entrada el 30/04 y por qué nosotros llamamos para hacer una consulta. Nos informo que ya estaba ocupado y nos hizo el mismo la cancelacion. Me parece un servicio de gestión pesimo. A día de hoy no nos ha abonado los 135'90 € que dejamos para reserva. Espero lo resolváis lo antes posible.」

「Staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the first room we were given on the ground floor had a dustbin outside the window near the reception area that people had used after smoking so we were unable to open the window because of the smell, however the manager was very helpful and gave us another room near the back of the hotel which was fine. The breakfast was OK but there wasnt much of a selection of bread. 」
