「The host was very helpful with trying to accommodate an additional night, but in the end our flight limited our stay to the original dates. All 3 floors of the house were clean, orderly, and cleverly renovated to maximize space for groups. But floors could also be compartmentalized with separate entrance doors for lower, main, and upper levels for more privacy, if needed. The photos captured the inside well, and having a kitchen area on each floor was fabulous. The only suggestion I have is...

「This was a nicely decorate home with plenty of space for our girls weekend. There was so much room to sleep quite a few people - would be great for a group of families and a lot of fun for kids. Would highly recommend this stay! Just not, parking is limited 」

「Beautiful bungalow The bungalow was very clean and comfortable. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to relax in the living room. The location was close to a lot of things we wanted to see. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Springfield. 」

「We stayed there for a weekend for a teen birthday overnight. First off don't let the first impression fool you. This is an entire property that someone has purchased and is converting into a really one of a kind weekend stay. Yes the driveway needs some work.Yes the sidewalks are old. 「My friends and I were blown away by this property. Large space, plenty of bedrooms and beds. I went with a group of 12 adults & nobody needed to share a bed. The beach is well-maintained and secluded, lots of privacy. Plenty of activities indoor & outdoor, this is a great place for a family trip, or an adult-only trip. 「Amazing property. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Kitchen, living room, laundry and dining room on every floor. Luxurious bedrooms. A beautiful old mansion. In the heart of Springfield. 「We rented the Nest too. We had 8 people there and 11 at the Aerie. Each couple was able to have their own space this way. Adults didn't have to give up their privacy. At the Aerie, the living space, kitchen and rec room were spacious. We were fortunate to have perfect weather so we were outside all day and into the night. The outdoor space was fabulous for outdoor eating and "playing". We all give this venue A thumbs up!」
