Nestled amidst the scenic beauty of southeastern Utah lies the historic Desert View Cabin. As you traverse the winding roads of Utah State Route 211, en route to Newspaper Rock and the Needles district of Canyonlands National Park, you'll stumble upon the hidden gem. The cabin provides a full size kitchen with modern amenities which include stove, coffee maker, refrigerator, and toaster. The bedroom includes a full sized bunk, window full size bed and a full size bathroom. The living room and outside patio area is perfect for an evening of relaxing after a day full of adventures. Whether you're a history enthusiast or simply seeking solace amidst nature's embrace, this hidden gem promises an unforgettable experience.

The little extras make it abundantly clear that the owners are not new to this game. Washer/dryer. All appliances were new and clean. Comfortable beds. Peaceful, quiet, beautiful Utah!! Highly recommended

Beautiful location

The property was one of a kind. Set in the desert on a property run by a religious group in the 30’s, the cabin was renovated and turned into a modern stay. We loved exploring the surrounding landscape.However, at the end of our stay, there was a 200 charge tacked on. Despite being listed as a “pet friendly” stay, unbeknownst to us, 100 per pet was part of the stay. No damage or mess from our dogs was found. It was just an added charge when we left.
