Nécessite un bon grand nettoyage partout même à l' extérieur, petit salon , retirer l' herbe du fauteuil, passer au karsher , changer de table érodée par le temps , faire disparaitre le monticule de détritus derrière les poubelles . Dedans : petites réparations ( tringle à rideau , tiroir meuble ...) , retirer les tâches de peinture sur le parquet et éventuellement s' atteler aux finitions non existantes. Nul doute qu' après il sera présentable.
