It features a lovely 40 m² living room (with fireplace), fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 1,600 m² garden. The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not supplied)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and a double sofa-bed on the mezzanine floor
- Bedroom 3: with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Two bathrooms with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A private, unheated swimming pool (8 x 3.5m) open from May 1 to September 30.
- 1,600 m² enclosed garden
- An outdoor terrace of approx. 40 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather (this terrace is covered from June 15 to September 15).

The house is ideally located in Montmeyan, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (which can accommodate up to 3 cars).
