Das Haus ist sehr ruhig am Ortsrand von Pignan gelegen u dank Bäumen nicht einsehbar. Parkgelegenheit in der Straße jederzeit verfügbar. Sauberes Bett, ausreichend Wäsche vorhanden bzw. auch Waschmaschine. Haushalt u Wohnräume komplett ausgestattet und möbliert, sämtliche elektrischen Geräte vorhanden u funktionsfähig. Möblierte Terrasse, gepflegter Pool mit 2 intakten Liegen u einem Stuhl, kaputte Möbel leider nicht entfernt.Ungewöhnlich: die Wohnung wirkt in gesamter Ausstattung u mit persönlichen Gegenständen voll gefüllten Regalen, Schränken und Kommoden wie nur eben von den Eigentümern verlassen u nicht für Ferien-Gäste vorgesehen und vorbereitet: die Sauberkeit des Bads, der Küchenmöbel, der Lichtschalter usw ließ zu wünschen übrig - wir haben alles viel gepflegter hinterlassen als vorgefunden! Es fehlte leider jegliche Information zur Umgebung, zum Ort, öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Vorschlägen zur Urlaubsgestaltung oder Hinweisen zum Haus, z.B., dass ein junger Mann Zutritt hat um den Pool zu warten. Den Umgang mit Müll konnten wir via Kontakt über Fe-Wo in Erfahrung bringen, ebenso das checkout Prozedere.Das Haus hat sicher viele Jahrzehnte einer akademisch geprägten französischen Familie erlebt und vor diesem Hintergrund sicher seinen Charme und gegenwärtigen Zustand. Das respektierend haben wir uns verhalten, die angenehmen Aspekte goutiert und uns ganz wohlgefühlt.

Vacances à Pignan

Avons passè de merveilleuses vacances à Pignan dans le gîte d'Armand qui vous accueille chaleureusement, très bien situé proche de la mer en voiture, et des activités. Schönes Ferrienhaus

Sehr schönes ruhiges Ferienhaus mit schönem Pool. Ausgezeichnete Lage, sowie super schöne Umgebung. Ausstattung ist ausgezeichnet, alles vorhanden, wie Besteck, Waschmaschine Teller Spülmaschine usw.... Leider kann es passieren, dass es einen Untermieter gibt. Das wussten wir nicht, somit ist man unter Umständen nicht alleine. Ansonsten gerne wieder.Vielen Dank!

Maison au calme

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. L'accueil était parfait,Armand est très serviable. Très bonnes explications du fonctionnement de la maison et de la piscine. La maison est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien. Les commerces sont à environ 1km. A pied, la montée vers la maison est un peu difficile si vous avez des petits enfants, sinon ça fait de l'exercice! Nous pensons revenir !

Séjour en Aout 2019

Nous venons de passer 15 jours formidables dans ce logement (famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants). Les équipements mis à disposition (piscine, plancha, salon de jardin, ...), la localisation géographique font que nos vacances se sont parfaitement déroulées. Nous retournerons sans aucun problème dans cette maison à Pignan. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute de nos questions et y apporte des réponses rapidement. De plus il est de bon conseil sur les endroits à visiter, les restaurants ainsi que les plages où profiter de la mer. Nous conseillons cette location aux personnes désirant passer du bon temps.

Nice house with large swimming pool

Nice large house, with large swimming pool. Area is great, in 20 minutes at the beaches. Complete inventory, lot of blankets, towels, good beds, washing machine and dishwasher. We rented the house with 2 kids of 12 and 14 and we used the swimming pool multiple times a day. Also lot of activities and nature in environment. Friendly owner.
