「I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and would definitely not recommend it.
The front desk service was terrible. The check-in process took an unreasonable amount of time because the staff focused heavily on training a new employee while completely ignoring the long wait time for guests. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time.
The room itself had multiple serious issues. The air conditioning was not working at all. When I reported it to reception,...

「Close to Disney. Large room. Only stayed for 1 night.
Check in a little slow as lots of people checking in and only 1 staff member which was frustrating as we just wanted to get the kids to bed!」
