On the ground floor, there is an attractive sitting room with loft-style unplastered brick and stone walls and a charming tiled floor. The sitting room is furnished with two sofas and a flat-screen TV. French windows lead directly onto the garden. An open staircase leads up to the mezzanine bedroom and bathroom. The airy kitchen/dining room is down a short flight of steps and is decorated in a similar style with partly plastered walls and contemporary/rustic furniture. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, large fridge/freezer and a coffee machine. Plus a large dining table with 4 chairs. Double doors open onto the terrace.

Outside, guests can relax on the patio, which is furnished with 4 comfortable chairs and an additional dining table.

Bedroom: The master bedroom is on the mezzanine level above the kitchen. It is furnished with a king-size double bed and hanging rail and has an en suite bathroom
Extra: The sofa in the sitting room converts into a single bed.

Bathroom
En suite to the master bedroom and open to the room, the tiled bathroom has a glass shower, basin and WC.

The apartment is situated in Monvalle, a 10-minute drive from the port of Laveno Mombello where visitors will find ferries operating to Verbania, Stresa, Intra and the Borromean Islands. The closest supermarket is a 7-minute drive away and the beautiful lakeside monastery Santa Caterina del Sasso (5-minute drive).

Visitors seeking total relaxation can head to one of the nearby lakeside beaches including Cerro Beach (7-minute drive), the pretty family-friendly beach of Reno (a 5-minute drive) or Arolo Beach (4-minute drive), Guree Beach within walking distance.

The marina in Laveno Mombello (a 10-minute drive) also offers water taxis, recreational boating activities and a picturesque waterfront promenade lined with cafes, restaurants, shops and gelaterias. The town is also famous for its cable car, the \"Funivia del Lago Maggiore,\" (a 12-minute drive) which takes visitors up to Mount Sasso del Ferro.
