"There was great communication between us and the staff. We did have a bit of trouble when it came to the airport shuttle, but it was solvable and in the end did not have an impact on our experience there. The location is beautiful. It is located in Onna village which is quieter at night, so if you are looking for nighttime experiences, you would have to drive or taxi about 20-30 minutes to chatan to do so. "This hotel had an amazing view, property was well kept and clean. There was a pool but it was empty when we got there. We didn’t need extra sleeping bags since there was only two of us, but maybe bring your own pillowcase if you are a big group. Other than that I would recommend this hotel, also a lot of food places near by!"

"We loved our stay here as an American family of four with teens. The buffets are wonderful and provide a chance for everyone to have something they like to eat. The resort location makes it easy with a car to get to some of the main attractions on the island without too much driving.
