"I stayed in room 623. The bathroom drain needed to be unblocked. The water from the shower filled the bathroom floor. It was terrible. It is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The pillow was not comfortable. I woke up with a tired neck."

"April was AWESOME in taking care of our room! Kelvin is one of the best ever in his customer service and relations! He’s been top notch the past 3 or 4 years that I’ve been going to this hotel! And Kyle is so cool and customer friendly. Staff is the best!!"
