「The hotel is very old and shows its age. They have made some effort at changing carpeting but not much else. No one was at the check-in desk. You had phone for someone to come. I considered using the hot tub but the pool was green so I wasn't taking a chance on the hot tub! Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable but the bathroom left much to be desired. 「If you need a cheap room, and don’t require anything fancy, it’s okay. Beds are terrible, staff not overly friendly, and it needs a serious Reno. Lots of hot water, great water pressure, and a really handy location though」

「It was the loudest place I have ever stayed. It was worse than the 24/7 oil camps in fort Mac. There were people stomping around all night. Slamming the front door which shook my entire bed. I might have slept between 2-4 am m, but not well. It’s an old building with no acoustic barriers or interior insulation. I work construction at heights so being well rested is incredibly important. 「It was very clean, comfortable rooms. They are a very minimal accommodation but I’m not saying that as a bad thing. It was nice and quiet and staff were available when you needed them. It was a clean bed & and bathroom with breakfast in the morning, what more do you need 😉」
