「We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views of the lake. Unfortunately, it was raining for about the first 24 hours that we were there, so we didn't get to enjoy the back deck. Quaint little place, but fulfilled our needs.」

The Living Room furniture is rather "funky" and fun, but the couch really needs to be replaced. Loved all the updates made to the cabin. The great amount of work that has gone into updating this cottage is obvious. Kudos to the people that have worked so hard to update this property!」

「We stayed in April to experience the eclipse. The house is right on Moose River. In warmer weather we definitely would have taken advantage of the access as well as the firepit. Close to snowmobile trails and plenty of summer time activities. Would highly recommend. Communication with owner was excellent.」

「Plenty of room (and more to spare) with our family of five: 2 adults and 3 children (ages 3, 8, 10). The lake house was clean and well taken care of inside. Essentials like dishwashing pods, laundry soap, paper products, towels, and shower toiletries were stocked for us. We loved the wood beams and open floor plan. Our youngest loved the outdoorsy décor, especially the moose in one of the bedrooms! The property was gorgeous as well. Plenty of space to park and a huge yard to enjoy. We arrived...

「Everything was good minus the couch cushions constantly were falling off the couch. Appliances didn’t have any lights(fridge ect). Not much you can do about tv due to the size of the place but definitely not the most comfortable looking up 15ft at the tv.」

「Everything and everyone was great! Only two negative comments. One, we had great difficulties with the entry system and had to call for help on check in day and the following day. Two, the beds are not very comfortable. . . by the 3rd night. . . not at all. Everything in the area of Tockwood was amazing. . . Beautiful!」

「I checked in at 6pm on Aug 20th, the hotel office building was dark with a “closed” sign hanging in the front. I then called the office and surprisingly I could neither talk to anyone nor leave a voicemail because the mail box was full. It was upsetting that this hotel completely disregarded their customers in such an unprofessional manner. I was left high and dry and had to rearrange my hotel booking in the evening. Horrible experience ever! Would appreciate Hotel.com to link us up with...
