Saknade AC, mycket varmt på rummet

Egentligen är det inget fel på hotellet i sig men det var fruktansvärt varmt på vårt rum och fanns ingen AC. Det gick omöjligt att sova utan att öppna fönstret och att behöva öppna fönster innebar både insläpp av ljus, höga ljud från vägen utanför samt myggor. Svårt att ge ett bra betyg när upplevelsen pga detta blev rätt dålig. Jag tycker man ska kunna förvänta sig ett rum med ok temperatur på ett hotell med den här standarden.

Helt greit hotell

Koselig hotell. God beliggenhet. Grei frokost. Trekker ned på renhold da det lå igjen brukt snus på gulvet på hotellrommet. Synd det ikke var aircondition på rommet, kun en gulvvifte som bråket en del. Ble dårlig med søvn i varmen.

Väldigt varmt på hotellet sommartid och ganska högljutt med rum mot vägen. Stort plus att det redan fanns borsfläkt på rummet när man kom men var ändå väldigt varmt. Rent och fint. God mat på restaurangen.

Hotell Mora och Zorn museet

Stannade en natt på Hotell Mora under vår resa från Luleå. Besökte Zorngården samt Zorn museet vilket är ett måste. Tog en promenad längs kusten, och Vasaloppsmålet. Åt supergod middag på hotell Moras restaurang på terrassen. Väldigt trevlig vistelse, trevlig restaurang personal. Hotellet är ganska stort, men trevliga rum och sköna sängar.

Litt slitt hotell. Fin beliggenhet. Merkelig system for parkering, med betaling selv om det står privat parkering. Lite basseng, forholdsvis kaldt boblebad og dampbadstu som ikke stod på. Helt ok hotell, men ser bedre ut på nett enn i virkeligheten.

Mora Hotell och Spa = bastu

Vi hade sett fram emot ett par trevliga dagar i Mora med vår hund samt femåring. Tyvärr blev det en mindre trevlig upplevelse. Hotellet saknar air condition och vårt rum var så fruktansvärt varmt så det gick inte att sova. Ännu mindre lämna vår hund där när vi skulle göra våra planerade utflykter. Det förstörde tyvärr hela resan. Det stod inget om detta i deras information om hotellet och man tar för givet det finns aircondition. Rummet håll dessutom ingen vidare standard och vår minibar fungerade inte ens, kylskåpet var tomt och varmt. Med tanke på att vi betalade 2200 kr per natt samt hundtillägg för 185 kr per natt så tycker jag man kan förvänta sig mycket mer. Personalen var inte jätte hjälpsam till en början men blev bättre vid mer klagande. Men känns tråkigt man måste ens klaga massor för att något skall hända. Sista natten skulle jag uppskatta vårt rum var över 30c vilket är långt över vad Folkhälsomyndigheten rekommenderade temp på ca 20-22 c. Vi är mycket missnöjda.

För varmt och trött personal

Det var ok. Otroligt varmt på rummet och vi fick ett otrevligt bemötande när vi påpekade detta. Duschen hade sett sina bästa dagar och gav en trött tjock stråle. Personalen var överlag disträ och kändes ointresserad av att hjälpa till.

Kan inte uttrumycka mig om pool och spa-avdelning då vi ej använda besökte dessa. Stötte på många olika, lika trevliga kvinnor i receptionen. Rummet var helt okej. Bra dusch och allt var jätterent. Frukosten var helt okej. Inget utöver det vanliga. Jag skulle dock inte besöka detta hotell igen då det inte finns någon AC (därav hade vi 25 grader på rummet) och sängarna var jättehårda.

Vistelse i Zorns fotspår

Trevligt hotell, rent och fräscht på rummet, bra frukost, bra service på restaurangen samt god mat. Spa var mindre bra. Det ingick endast badrock o tofflor på vissa rum, inga barnfria tider. Tyvärr är det som drog ner betyget receptionisten vid ankomst den 10/7. Totalt ointresserad av att hjälpa till, kort i tonen,gav ingen info om någonting, vi fick fråga om sllt själva. ville inte hjälpa oss att boka bord till middagen ?!? Sedan var det parkering. Vi åkte bort över dagen och då vi kom åter fanns det ingen parkering kvar fastän vi betalat för två dygn, fick ställa oss längre ner och betala ny avgift !
