“The room and property were clean but the staff was nowhere to be found unless in was time to check in or check out. I chose the hotel for the pool and it was out of order both nights I was there(Fri&Sat). There was one pop machine on the property and it didn't work either. I will not be staying at this hotel again.”

“Though it's not the Hilton it is a very clean and practical motel. Drive right up to your room. Makes for easy unloading of your luggage. No long walks from the parking lot down a corridor to your room. Everything you need for an overnight stay. Great place to stay if you're going to the Knoxville Speedway. Just a short 30 minute drive. Refrigerator, microwave, flat screen TV, soap and shampoo. I highly recommend and we'll stay there again.”

“comfortable beds, very clean hotel, breakfast was good. Upon arrival later in the evening after a long day of driving, there was a sign on the desk stating they would be right back. I waited about 5 to 10 minutes for someone to show up. I don't have a problem with that, however, when they did, it was two staff members that had been off together when one of them could have stayed at the desk. Otherwise a great stay!”

“The first room we were given, the ac did not work. After one hour of expecting the room to cool down, we asked to be moved to another room. The second room we were given was much better. The overall condition of the hotel was poor at best. We arrived late in the afternoon after driving all day and I was quietly walking my small dog in the hallway because it was too hot to walk outside. The Mananger of the hotel stopped me and told me I couldn’t walk in the hallway, hotel policy. I stopped and……

“Requested in room coffee so didn’t have to go downstairs to other end of the hotel first thing to get a cup of coffee and the staff was very accommodating. They brought up a small coffee machine and two packets each of regular and decaf coffee. However, I didn’t notice that there wasn’t a hairdryer in the room until after I showered, so I had to go to the front desk since there are no in room phones and my text was not responded to. The hairdryers are kept in a small cabinet across from the……

“We enjoyed the breakfasts. Staff were all friendly and kept the facility clean King bed was super comfy with a selection of pillows that were soft and medium.”

“Hotel was dated. Driveway was full of potholes. Grounds and buildings not kept up well. Mold around shower, hair dryer didn’t work, slow check in (new person), TV remote taped together, light bulb was out in the floor lamp, metal siding pieces & broken window screens scattered outside the open window by the public hot tub. Seemed to have long term residents who were living there too, but the breakfast was great!”

“Rooms were clean and large. Bed was comfortable. AC worked well. Skip the restaurant. Half the menu is unavailable. The burger was small, poorly executed, and overpriced. Staff is good if you can find them. Front desk is unmanned, but there are numbers to call for check in. Overall good value for a night or two stay. There are places to eat close buy in town.”
