「I previously messaged them as I booked adina hotel but they got us to stop in the Galloway instead. Which was strange. Me and my children caught bed bug bites that’s how dirty this place was we are all covered still. I didn’t agree with sharing a bathroom and shower with other customers. The bathroom was filthy! Stay well clear from these places, if you are staying in Blackpool go elsewhere!」

「I have a very pleasant stay for four nights. Easy access, free parking outside the property. The room is spacious and very clean. Staff are very responsive and care about my need and queries. I didn’t use the kitchen much but seems it is big and get the utensils for cooking. I would recommend people to stay there.」

「Quaint B&B with nice breakfast room. comfortable and good value for money. Martin was nice and helpful. There was some issue with the key to my room which was very hard to open, but otherwise a good experience. 」

「Victoria and Expedia.co.uk are the worst company to deal with I never lodged, I got to the hotel 21:53 which check in time was till 10pm I booked the hotel past 9pm I want my refund You lot take money off people that work hard for their money, These has really affected my mental health and traumatised with the experience I had I want my money back and compensation for the stress I went through😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 」

「When we arrived we were greeted by a young man after ringing the doorbell, he took us through to the bar lounge, and read us a load of rules about the place, then he asked us if we used deodorant which a strange thing to ask then said don't spray in the bedroom because of the smoke alarm. The room we were given was supposed to have been a double more like a single with a double bed in it. When you opened the door to the room it banged on the bed it's that tiny, there was no storage had to put...

「Very good, clean and tidy accommodation. No air con, but openable windows or balcony doors. Big bed with Medium density mattress, no fridge in room. Overall very happy with room. Parking on premises if you pay daily, but free parking over the road after 6pm and free 2 hrs between 8 and 6pm. Never seen a parking attendant or warden in 4 days there. Very well located in lovely area. Swimming pool and gym over the road, cinema is excellent and coastal walk in both directions to Blackpool or to...
