Ideally located near Restaurants, Shops, and Attractions, this spot offers both Convenience and Relaxation. Spend your days by one of the area’s largest pools and your evenings unwinding on waterfront swings along the Bogue Sound with sunset grilling just steps away!!
[THE SPACE]
This 300 sq. ft. studio is best suited for 2 adults and can comfortably accommodate up to 3 adults.
The space can host up to 4 guests only if the group includes 2 adults and 2 small children. 4 adults would be too tight, so please consider the compact size when booking to ensure a comfortable stay.

•300 sq. ft. open studio layout
•Queen bed + sofa sleeper
•Ensuite bathroom with custom shower
•Kitchen with basic appliances + drip coffee maker
•Smart TV, Wi-Fi, dining counter (3 stools)
☞Compact studio designed for comfort and functionality.
☞IMPORTANT NOTE: To create a more spacious shower experience, the bathroom vanity was removed, and the kitchen sink serves as the primary sink in the unit. This thoughtful layout works well for most guests, but we like to be transparent so there are no surprises.

•Bed linens for queen bed & sofa sleeper
•4 pillows
•4 bath towels & washcloths
•2 beach chairs
•Basic cookware, dishes & cutlery
•Starter supplies: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup wipes, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap & sponge
☞Food Lion is a short drive away for additional items.

•Cooking oil, spices, charcoal
•Food, coffee & personal incidentals
✪WHAT NOT TO BRING:
•Boats, RVs, trailers, or oversized vehicles occupying more than one parking space

•Towel exchanges available upon request (nominal fee applies)

•One parking pass is provided per reservation.
•An additional pass may be requested prior to your stay for a $25 fee.

•This is a strictly non-smoking property.
•Smoking, vaping, and drug use are not permitted inside the unit.
•Please smoke in marked DESIGNATED SMOKING AREAS.
✪ PET POLICY
•No pets permitted per the HOA RULES.
•Bringing an unauthorized animal will result in a $200 additional cleaning fee and may lead to cancellation of the reservation without refund.

•If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you acknowledge that refunds cannot be issued outside of the cancellation policy associated with your reservation.

☞By booking this property, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with all house rules, additional rules, and disclosures listed.
1. NO SMOKING
• Bogue Shores is a non-smoking community. Smoking is permitted only at the marked Designated Smoking areas.
• Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all common areas within the community.
•A minimum $200 smoke remediation fee will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found. Additional charges for deep cleaning, damage, or disruption to future reservations may apply.
2. PET POLICY
• NO PETS per the HOA Rules.
• Unapproved animals are not permitted and may result in cancellation without refund and/or a $200 additional fee.
3. PARKING PASS & KEYS
☞One (1) parking pass is provided. A second pass may be arranged prior to your stay for $25.
• Parking passes must be clearly displayed at all times. Vehicles without a pass are subject to towing.
• Parking passes are HOA-controlled items. A $200 fee applies for any lost or unreturned passes.
☞Guests are responsible for all keys.
•$100 lockout fee | $50 lost key replacement fee
• Lockouts occurring between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM will require the guest to arrange and pay for a locksmith.
4. OCCUPANCY POLICY
• Occupancy is limited to the number of guests listed on the reservation. No unregistered guests are permitted.
•The base rate includes up to 2 guests. There is a $15/night fee for each additional guest.
•All guests (including children) must be included in the reservation prior to check-in.
5. SUBLEASING is not permitted. Reservations may not be reassigned without prior written host approval. A valid photo ID matching the reservation name may be required.
6. Guests agree to accept full responsibility for themselves and all occupants during the stay, including any damages, violations, or fees incurred.
7. Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the host, agent, property management, Bogue Shores HOA, and Board of Directors from claims or damages arising from their stay.
9. The host, owner, or authorized representatives may enter the unit during reasonable hours for inspections, maintenance, or emergencies. Emergency and health/safety checks may occur without prior notice, similar to hotel practices.
