“A gorgeous full apartment and was very clean. Very secure and we walked everywhere. Secure parking around the corner for a little extra.We took advantage of the washer that turned into a dryer and did some laundry. ”

“This apartment was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting our daughter, who is studying at the university. The balcony overlooking the square provided ample people watching. The windows are quite soundproof; we slept in the back bedroom and it was very quiet. The kitchen was well equipped, and the washer was very welcome after a week walking on the Camino de Santiago. There isn’t any air conditioning, but the apartment stayed quite comfortable, even with daytime highs of 32 C / 90 F.……

“Had a wonderful time. Only thing I would suggest is parking. There is a wonderful family owned parking garage around the corner for $10 a day BUT you do not have access after 10PM as the gate is closed. GARAJE MILAN FINA . ALSO you can park on the street to drop off your luggage but do NOT park overnight, you will get a $100 parking ticket. We totally enjoyed our stay.”

“My wife and I visited friends in Salamanca and stayed at Beatriz’s apartment. She was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The plaza is a 5 minute walk, and there are two supermercados less than 5 minutes away. The street in front of the apartment is tree lined and lovely with a park just 3 minutes away. There are coffee shops, bakeries, bars down the street, all within a 4-5 minute stroll. The apartments has very fast wifi, with a washing machine, coffee maker, and……

“Séjour court pour découvrir la ville, juste 2 jours. Le logement est parfait et il est bien équipé. De plus il est hyper bien localisé. Possibilité de stationnement avec prix préférentiels, il faut leurs demander a l'avance. Le personnel est très aimable et répond très rapidement via mail ou whatsapp. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!”

The apartment is appointed with every detail taken into consideration by the host with great communication at check in. Would definitely recommend this place for your stay in Salamanca.”

“Estuvimos dos familias con niños pasando unos días en Salamanca. Tanto la entrada como la salida fue comodísima con los vídeos explicativos que te envía el anfitrión. La casa está completamente equipada, las camas son cómodas y las habitaciones y lavabos muy amplios, y el espacio exterior es genial para aprovechar los ratos de sol. Está a unos 10km de Salamanca pero bien comunicada y en 15min puedes aparcar junto al puente romano y acercarte al centro.”

“Population adorable avec la famille et les enfants;des villes qui méritent toutes le détour:Salamanca toujours aussi éternelle,Zamora,Valladolid,Ledesma,la sierra de Francia..On peut passer des semaines dans ces terres peu envahies par le tourisme et tout le monde y trouve son compte:nature sauvage et belle,culture à tous les coins de rues..”

“The apartment is perfectly located in the city. Major monuments are maximum 20mn on foot. Many pedestrian streets inside the ancient city so it's not easy to park a car and you'll have to pay for it. Nevertheless, Juan will tell you where to park for free a few streets away and for an unlimited time.”

“This property was perfect for what I was looking for. Close enough to the center of Salamanca to be able to walk to everything, but far enough to not be bothered by crowds or noise. Beautiful location on the river with walking paths nearby. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Salamanca. ”

“Estás a 15 minutos a pie del centro. Puedes cocinar y muy cerca encuentras supermercados. Hay varias líneas de buses donde la estación es muy cerca, a menos de una cuadra. Y en general, la relación, precio - beneficio está muy bien. ”
