「Overall, the room seemed tidy, but the room floor mat was too dirty and the hotel did not provide slippers. I was surprised that it was my first time staying in a hotel and there were no slippers provided. Our family walked around the room barefoot, and the soles of our feet were gray-black. You can imagine how dirty the room floor mats are.」

「The cottage was so cosy, perfect space for my dog and I. The cottage was like a home away from home, all the comforts but with the peace and quiet of the country. What it actually had was a queen bed (which was comfy, clean, enough blankets, all good), a sofa bed which wasn’t great to sleep on, and one small thin mattress over a slab of wood basically which was meant to be one of the single beds, and no second single bed. My sister had the worst first night’s sleep and almost went and booked a room elsewhere for the second night. We actually thought we’d booked into a retro themed...

「Costal Cove retreat has everything that you would need for a family of 3-4 people.The large sofa bed was very comfortable and the amenities were well thought about.
