Our big issue was being and outsider it would be nice to have information in rooms on available dining and how far to travel also times they were open. The ice was in a very unusual place and was not given instructions where located. Needed a soda machine. The bed was way too high to get into. Wife is small stature. The toilet was very small and low almost like sitting on the floor.

I would not stay again.
It was cheap. I put my own bottled water in the coffee machine and it leaked all over the floor. I did not sleep well.

Pleasantly simple
The Staff is extremely courteous they are very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and said if I'm not happy with something or if something needed attn to let them know so they were willing to accommodate anything that I felt was out of place or wrongbin the event that I find something which I haven't I'm staying a couple more days for work 13 days total and haven't seen a single bug nor have I had any issues with the staff or leaving stuff in my room while I'm working which sometimes I worry about cause of work equipment they've been very hospitable and while it's not a fancy hotel by no means it is clean and for the rate they charge that's doing better then a lot of places I've been last place I stayed in Russellville was more expensive and had Roaches if I return to this area in the future this is where I will stay....!

It was an okay stay after hiking all day. First room I was put in air conditioner did not work. The second room was upstairs versus being downstairs with the first room. The room was a non-smoking room but you could tell at one time somebody had smoked in it as there was burned holes in the carpet by the bed. Also outside the property walkway to my room with a lot of bees being a person that is allergic to bees. That was a little scary

Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.

I was simply not impressed. Very bare bones, no breakfast, coffee in the room, good luck if the coffee mzker works. TV needed a manager to get it started. Only food is at a truck stop, but i guess it is in walking distance. If you are desperate, it will check that box. My recommendation is spend a few bucks more and stay elsewhere.

I really liked that they use dispensers for the soap and shampoo. So much less waste and plastic. Comfortable bed, very tall. Quiet room had all we needed. Shower was clean, but faucet dripped. We had a pet friendly room and the carpet showed wear but did not smell. Helpful front desk.

I felt it wasn't a motel, it was a low income house motel. There were BBQ pits out front on home of the rooms. You could tell these were long term tenants, not short term. Didn't feel safe staying there.

After reading the incredible reviews, we booked this. Upon arrival, there was no entry, just a window for check-in. There were maybe 5 cars around at 7pm. I asked for 1st flr due to disability. I was told there were no Queen rooms on 1st, had to go 2nd. Told them this was impossible. Was then told I would have to pay $40 more for a king! Said all accessible rooms were booked too! Room not worth it-dirty, broken down, not enough pillows & towels. Shower drain backed up filth. Phone kept ringing several times all night, but no one was there. TP roll fell apart after use at 2am (see pic). Room smelled dank, musty and old, everything felt "sticky". Bed way too high for anyone short! As an aside, I was told that since this was booked through 3rd party, it is my fault that I have to pay extra, they would not accommodate unless I paid up-charge. However, traveling 700 miles all day driving, it was not on my mind that this property could not accommodate without massive berating and argument. After staying in 100's of hotel rooms/hotels over my many years of travel, I can say with 100% accuracy I have NEVER had any issues with room changes/requests. This property lied to me, saying there were no 1st floor Queen beds available-the place was less than 30% full as evidenced by pic and walk-around at 6:30 am. They only care about the almighty $$, not the customer. I understand ADA requirements, and reasonable accommodations. But to lie? That just speaks to something bigger, doesn't it?

I cant believe nothing was said about the renovation being done. The room was lipstick on a pig. new paint amd carpet and the same old thing -dust everwhere,no toilet paper, no tissues, etc,etc,etc. Here is one thing I notice at ALL hotels,they NEVER clean the ac filter. The air in this room reeked of smoke and dirt. We wore our covid masks all the time , even sleeping.. I think I am going to buy a travel traqiler or a motor home. haven't had a pleasant stay in a hotel in years.
