Front desk person was kind and courteous. The room was spacious and clean. This was an older hotel but had plenty of upgrades that made it feel new for the most part.

Refrigerator was broken in 1st room,,food was left in it, smelled like something died, we were quickly given the room next door, that Refrigerator didn't work and it smelled too, just not as bad.

Friendly staff, quiet location, clean, convenient, breakfast included. Close to some shopping, gas, coffee and food. Very good restaurant with steak and other just a few blocks away. About 20 miles to Petit Jean State Park. I’ll stay here again on my next visit to the area! Thank you!

The pool was closed for the year and it was not advertised until I checked in. The biggest reason I chose this hotel was for the pool. And the pool was closed with no forewarning.

Received one room and walked in and it had mold on the bathroom door and a bad odor in the room. Went to the clerk and he kept asking me if a room on the 2nd floor was fine. At that point a.I wanted was another room that didn’t stink.. He called his supervisor and finally gave us another room.

We used to stay here at least twice a year, with no problems. It has gone down hill!! Wreaked of smoke and nastiness. Checked out pretty much right after opening the door to the room.

It was a great stay. We were just taking a trip away from home. Husband can't climb stairs, so they exchanged our room to one downstairs for no extra charge. We absolutely loved Morrilton Ar and will def be back!!!!

Tried to put me in a smoking room. It smelled terrible asked for another room and at first they said the only room they had was 2 queen room and couldn’t give that to me as I signed up for a King room. I said I didn’t sign up for a smoking room and got one. He eventually put me into the the double queen room which was nice and the room was pretty good

Front desk was super nice and tried to be helpful. The room was advertised as sleeping 5 with a sofa, no rooms with a sofa. We were given a mat to use but there were no blankets available. The refrigerator knob was missing and it smelled like something was dead. Overall, I was glad it was an extremely short stay.

On their website they can’t accommodate 5 people. We had to go buy an air up mattress. They don’t have any rollaway beds. The guy at the front is nice and helpful.

Hotels.com and Super 8 is overrated.
I didnt like having 2 doors to enter our room. Only one little bar of soap and one tiny bottle of shampoo for 2 people. Large shower chair that looked broke was in the bathroom. One small towel to dry off with and use for wet hair. Hotels.com said our stay included breakfast and they only had a cup of coffee and super8 told us if we wanted breakfast we had to go to waffle house next door but we were to tell them we were a guest at the hotel and tgey would give us a generous 10 percent off our meal. I cant trust Hotels.com now. Hotels.cim does not update their ibfo on the hotels they offer and this is the 3rd time ive had an unpleasant surprise.

Property is not updated. Painting was sloppily done. Only two very thin towels. No hand towel. Pillows are very small and lumpy. Bed is very hard. Says light breakfast and there is no breakfast. No coffee in room only lobby. Overpriced for this level of hotel. Will not be back.

Good for the price
The place was clean and the service was good. My only complaint is that when they did the renovations it looks like an armature did the detail work. And not in just one or two places. The mattress was very comfortable. My husband and I both slept well on it.
