「Room was very comfortable with great mountain views. Felt like a studio apartment and not a hotel room. Everyone from housekeeping manager to front desk personnel were exceptional. Desiree was a standout. She made us feel like old friends! Excellent property with the very best of customer service. Great location, too 」

「We booked there and breakfast was included. Then the staff said that breakfast was not included when booking through a third party. Also, the curtains in the room could not be closed, so we could not sleep at noon because it was too bright. In addition, the water in the bathtub did not flow. The next day when we checked out, we asked the counter staff if the two bottles of water were free. He said it was not free and one bottle cost $3.
