“Knights Inn is a solid and safe choice if you're just passing through and need a night to stay. Many food options are nearby. The room is quiet until the next door car dealership opens and pipes announcements on the loudspeaker. ”

“I was charge more than expected. They did not have my reservation. The linens/towels were dingy and stained. Our room flooded with sewage. Not a fun time but the people were incredibly nice.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! We were visiting Morristown for a family wedding. We made our reservations at this hotel in January 2023 and paid by credit card at that time. When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed by the front desk lady that they would not accept the rate that was listed on hotels.com. They said that Econolodge rejected the price and cancelled our reservation. (I had called Econolodge 2 hours before we checked in to confirm our reservation and they confirmed the reservation.) ……

“Overall the room was good. The internet would not stay connected and the tv stopped working. I did not bring it to the hotel’s attention so I should take on part of that responsibility ”

“There was no curtain on the window or for the shower. The TV only got one channel and would shut off after a couple of minutes. There was no soap or toilet paper. The manager made very little effort however the housekeeper took a great deal of effort to make the room work for me. She personally put up a window curtain, a shower curtain, and brought me toilet paper. If not for her efforts I would not have stayed.”

“I would not recommend this hotel. Pictures are not accurate of the rooms. There was barely any furniture in the room, I got a suite. Towels were dirty, blood stain on lamp shade and ceiling. A very right part of town to stay in, I didn’t feel very safe at all. Front desk staff seemed to be high on something and check in took too long. Staff not dressed professionally. You get what you pay for, I was very disappointed - avoid if you can. ”

“This is 10-15mins from anything Morristown and 40mins to downtown Gatlinburg super easy highway drive! How was clean and new, quiet neighborhood, off the main road! On steep street but very cool!! Our father lives in the next neighborhood over so we will come back to walk to his house and we love Panther Creek park! Thanks to the host for quick responses and answers!! “We stayed here for a few nights over Memorial Weekend so that we could visit with our family. It was perfectly lovely, clean, modernized and the hosts really thought of everything. The kitchen was stocked, the decor was nice, the place was super clean and just felt like home! Having a one year old with us, it was so great to have the house come with a nice pack - n - play as well as a quality highchair. We took a morning walk and saw the neighborhood and it was nice and safe. The owner was very……

“Don't pass up this listing if you need to stay in or around the Morristown, TN area. The property and amenities were beyond our expectations. It does not feel like you are staying in a basement. Everything was clean, plenty of windows, large rooms, and so many special little things to make you feel welcome. The hosts are friendly and were very responsive to questions prior to our arrival and during our stay.”
