「Only decent thing about the place was how nice the front desk staff was. House keeping staff seemed miserable and never even spoke. Room smelled horrible when we walked in. Had to keep the A/C on to kill the smell even though if was 58° outside. Stains on the bedding.」

「I must thank the customer service staff here; they helped guests check in smoothly! Although the room was a bit old, the front desk staff's enthusiasm was enough to keep guests coming back. The only downside was some hair on the pillow, but that was a minor issue, and the staff provided new pillowcases.」
