“We have loved this place for years. This time some of the staff were curt. The spa was not open as stated in the website. The steam room and outlets in the locker room were nonfunctional and our toilet ran excessively
Also maid service every three days without request isnt consistent with a hotel of this caliber. Also indoor pool was under repair that we only learned close to arrival”
