最初进入的二个房间根本没有清洁，前边客人留下来的脏乱依然在，更换了房间厕所不能用，再次更换房间床单没有更换，没有浴巾，毛巾纸盒是空的，马桶没有清洁，晚上卫生间有蟑螂在爬，最关键的是前台无法沟通，好像对牛弹琴

The manager was abrasive. She wanted to change us $10 extra because we booked through Expedia, rather than direct. Then wanted to charge us for a 3rd person even though it was just my husband and me. It was really odd and unpleasant.

One staff member was extremely rude. The other staff member who was new. It was very nice treated very poorly upon check-in clearly has a dislike for third-party use. My reservation request was for the first floor because we had bikes on my reservation and it said I had room 111. Upon check-in we asked for the first floor she said it cannot be guaranteed and we were given the second floor and had to take our bikes up the stairs. She was also extremely rude to all of my friends that checked in I would not recommend this place.

Well, the hotel had a plumbing issue. The hotel called us multiple times, asking when we will be checking in, didn't mention about the plumbing issue, and no room available until we asked why they were calling the third time. They relocated us across the street, saying that it is the same 3-star hotel, and 2 queen beds. When we checked in to the new hotel, turns out to be a 2-star, and only has 1 king bed, and a twin cot (with mattress so horrible that we can feel the spring). This is horrible the way they handled this. I understand that the situation is unavoidable, but they should have been honest about the new place, and offer some refund due to the differences. But none of that happened.

Had some issues with our stay. After our first night, we left our room to go out for the day. My husband had gone back and found that all our things were gone (weirdly the room key still worked). So my husband went to the office to find out what was going on. The guy who checked us in on our first night quit so at first there was no record of us being there. (They found the paper proving we checked in later.) I guess they thought that the previous person who stayed in that room left and forgot their things (something along those lines). Someone that worked there went into our room, shoved all our stuff into our suitcases, threw away our snacks, water bottle, my leftover coffee and our shower supplies. They stuck our suitcases in a janitors closet. My husband got our suitcases back and they gave him the same room again. The girl at the desk said she got it figured out and we are good to go but, later she called me to tell us that our reservation for that day was canceled and gave me a cancellation confirmation number supposedly from Expedia. We did not cancel our room! I looked on my Expedia app and there were no notifications of cancellation. She also told me they did not get paid from Expedia or some thing like that and that we owed them money. I booked this whole trip on Expedia and it was completely paid for. We called Expedia, explained everything and they took care of it. Side note, the desk girl was very nice and tried to be very helpful to us.

An utter disappointment. Felt ripped off for the price. The room was dirty upon my arrival, was dingy and also smelled musty. The room wasn’t even properly equipped, missing a complete set of towels, even missing some pillows. There was still something sticky on the nightstand, gross. Also, paper thin walls, we could hear everything…from neighbors talking, watching tv, and even flushing toilet. The HVAC was super noisy and we were forced to keep the loud HVAC fan on all night to try to get some sleep. Sadly wasn’t able to sleep much, and ended up leaving before 5am. Management doesn’t care, didn’t even offer to remedy any of it. I even received a call from a rude manager who was attempting to defend this dirty old hotel, then later received a tacky AI generated fake apology; yes we can tell your using AI. I wound NEVER stay here again, nor would recommend. This place is an over-priced Motel 6, and is a pathetic excuse for the BW name.

The stars are for location, which was very convenient - walking distance to nearest attractions. Besides that, the room and amenities were subpar for the price and the name. I paid extra for the “bay view” room but there was no bay view at all. Bedding was ok except for the squeaky metal box springs. Furniture was old. Walls are not sound proof so we couldn’t sleep well the first night due to noise in the next room. Bathroom was ok but putting coffee maker in the bathroom is not tasteful. Shampoo etc were empty. The breakfast which some reviews appear to praise was pretty basic. The staff at the reception were courteous.

Well, in the beginning the check in was sort of rocky but the manager that helped us out I have to say she did a wonderful job and I would love to stay there again. I have to try the deck out when it’s not raining. She did let me know that the next time I come through that she will try get get me something near the deck area so we can relax. Will take you up on that offer. Vince.
